I have two problems;
- I get acne (it's usually white spots, and it's quite rare but still happens)
- And I have a lot of acne scars.
I am planning on using a acne scar removal cream
I wanted to ask though, should I also use a acne avoidance cream for my white spots along with the above? Something that has benzoyl peroxide?
And another question, do I also need to buy a moisturiser as well?
Just seems like a lot of things to put on my face [acne scar removal, acne avoidance cream, and moisturizer], and I'm not sure if this is right or not. I just want to treat the acne scars and to avoid future acne as best as possible.

What finally got my acne to go away was birth control, ironically! As far as scars, try general scar removal cream. you just rub a little on each scar once or twice a day and it makes them go away. I've used on on all scars, big and small, for years. My face is totally clear now.
It all starts from within. Get to the root of the problem by balancing your hormones. Missemi did this with the birth control pill. Which is great if you are female.
If you are male it is worth knowing your diet & stress affect your hormones. Do the following to help balance your hormones:
Exercise at least 3 x a week
Avoid dairy, high gi foods and too much caffeine (Green tea has caffeine but in a small amount compared to coffee, it is great stuff)
Drink plenty of water
Keep your skin care regime simple. Just cleanse and moisturise 2 x a day. When you moisturise only use a tiny amount.
