Can someone please advise what soap must be use for acne?
The simple answer is "anything that you like and that suits you"
Washing is an essential part of daily hygiene but will have little effect on acne.
Acne is NOT caused by dirt or failing to wash nor is it caused by eating fatty food or chocolate.
There are now effective treatments which can be prescribed by doctors and [in the UK] by dermatologists.
Hi I would recommend Neutrogena Visabily Clear 2 in 1 Mask, because it contains Salicylic Acid which is proven to help with acne. It isnt recommended using face washes with soap or perfumed.
Doctor in the hospital prescribed me the surgical scrub to use my face for acne. You would need presciption for that. I cant say if that helped as i used antibiotics and other treatments at the same time but i am still using it
hi i use foam wash ,Neutrogena twice a day,i am also on antibiotics for 8 weeks because i had it so bad it looked liked i had chicken pox,i had it on my face,chest and back,i also use neutrogena moisteriser.Im researching sun protection now as i think this caused some of it.
