i had this mole (19/38/v368.jpg - Visionneuse Zupimages) 3 years ago on the hand. After i have read some articles about diseases yesterday i can now say that i’m really worried.
I picture the worst…
Size is 0,3mm. Should i be worried? I don’t have any appointment until next month (i’m 32 years old man, with dark skin)
i have one in same place little bit smaller iv been told its benign
Did it suddenly appear? Mine don't seem regular but it's here since 3 years.
If it was serious, do you think it would be larger?
mines not perfectly round in shape which is why i went and had it looked at to be sure and was told its benign mole mine has been there since i was about 18 so its been there a good 20 years and not changed just stayed the same
Three years and it hasn't changed? If so you have nothing to worry about IMO.

Yes. I don't remember exactly the day it arrived but it does not seem to have grown up when i'm looking back at my old photos.

I just came back from the doctor and he said that i don't have to worry about it. In 2 or 3 years it would have grow or bleed but he wants me to maintain my appointement with the dermatologist just for a medical supervision.
But i'm still worried, i said that the mole is irregular, i hope i'll have the same as Kim16265
How long does it take to grow, with bleed or lump when it's severe? a few months?
melanomas grow and evolve over time 3 years an no change your probably safe

your better of not reading things on the internet it may not be anything u have mine is really dark brown id have said almost black if your doctor has said not to worry about it then theres no need to be researching online

You need to stop worrying because it is not melanoma. Your problem is health anxiety. Try some visualisations and meditation. The fact your doctor and the rest of us on this forum have confirmed it is fine, yet still you worry, is very revealing. Life is short and we will all die one day, don't stress and try to enjoy your day
Hi there, i saw my dermatologist one month ago about my palm mole. He wasn't worried about it, however he advised me to remove it as a precautionary measure.
No need to say that i'm still worried cause if it's nothing, why he asked me to remove it? Is he lying to me?
In award, i got an appointment with the surgeon and wednesday, he removed my mole.
Now i'm waiting for the results and i'm feeling hopeless. I have trouble sleeping at night and i can't stop crying...
I know i have health anxiety but it really looks like ALM...

What do you think guys? Is he lying to me?
