I found this article today and for those wondering how the Vivity technology works and how it compares to other lenses, it may be helpful. It is an Alcon sponsored article, so of course will have a bias. They compare the Vivity to the AcrySof IQ monofocal, Tecnis Symphony, and Alcon PanOptix. They do not compare it to the Tecnis Eyhance which would have been interesting. But they do talk about the spherical aberration method which I believe is what the Eyhance lens uses.
