Hi! I have had Ménière's disease for about 7 years. I'm wondering if anyone has tried accupuncture? If so, have you seen any relief.

It didn't work for me. But I did find relief from vertigo with a physiotherapist
I tried 3 or 4 sessions and didn't find the results to justify continuing. While I was not able to measure results from the needles, the intense neck and skull massage felt like she was getting to the trouble area beneath the ears near the base of my skull. I am not ruling out returning for further treatment.
Unfortunately, these visits are out-of-pocket since insurance will not cover, which can be an issue for some of us.
