Advice, 2 weeks in. Wii fit?

I've been taking the tablets for 2 weeks religiously with a severely lowered fat content diet but I haven't lost any weight?

I don't do much excersize though, so this might be the reason. Only way to fit in excersize would be to use the wii fit. Anyone found the wii helps weight loss?

Also, had a severe side effects in the middle of work... 30 mins locked in a toilet cubicle with my supervisor waiting on me :oops:

Just thought i would reply to you, as no one has replied to me and thought maybe we could help eachother out.

I know when i started loosing weight before i was using the wii fit and that was my only exercise and that really helped but i have only been on these for a couple of days, but thats what i am going to use.

What sort of food are you eating,i still really dont have a clue apart from fruit and veg and chicken lol.

How much weight are you hoping to loose?

Hi, don't give up when you see no weight lose, I nearly threw the towel in a few weeks ago and reckon that I have lost inches rather than weight. Measure yourself every couple of weeks. I used the wii fit to start with but was getting lazy with it so started zumba classes twice a week which I feel more motivated with. X

if you have had side affects then you have gone over the 30g's of full fat meals in any 24hrs or more than 15g's of full fat in anyone sitting so I would suggest looking at your full fat content for each meal and make sure you stick within the guidelines.

Lots of us split the full fat content up like this:

No more than

5g's full fat for breakfast

10g's full fat for lunch

15g's full fat for tea

but you also have to take into account any milk you have in your hot beverages. Making sure you don't go upto the amounts above allows you to have some low fat snacks in between, but again you need to keep a note of your fat content for the whole 24hrs.

Exercising will aid in the lose of weight but it also help you lose inches so go for it on the Wii
