Hi Can anyone help with an id for these spots. Are they HPV warts or molluscum contaginosum

Yup, definitely MC.

Gp thought these were warts but viewed in poor lighting so possibly bot obvious.

Another image taken today in good lighting.
These are very small so also hard to see.
