Advice needed for masturbating habits/preventing infections

This is embarrassing but I don't have anyone I can ask about this, and googling has only come up with basic suggestions. The following might be TMI, but you've been warned.

I'm a 23 year old female who's probably addicted to masturbating. I don't use toys or anything like that, just rubbing on the outside of my panties until done. I do this at least once a day but sometimes up to 5.

Due to other issues i don't want to discuss, I don't bathe everyday, which is a problem I know. But due to the frequent masturbating (can't stop but don't really want to) I'm constantly developing infections down there.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips as far as making sure it's clean down there? I've never used a deusche but everyone says they're bad for your vaginal health. Realistically I can't cut down on the frequency of the act, so any cleaning advice would be helpful, if there's something I haven't heard of that I'm not doing.

Of course, the best way to increase your personal hygiene is to shower regularly, and to use unscented cleansers in the pubic area and to avoid getting anything inside of the vagina. Because you said more frequent showering isn't a possibility, I would suggest making sure that you regularly change your underwear and to use unscented cleansing wipes after you've done the deed. Making sure the area is clean and dry is the best way to prevent an infection, so changing your underwear and removing the excess fluids is likely a huge step in the right direction. I would also recommend against using a douche, as these do more harm than good almost all of the time by upsetting vaginal pH and healthy microbiota, allowing those infectious organisms a greater opportunity to set up shop in there. Good luck with getting everything under control.
