Advice on cyst/ VP/itch

ive attached a photo! I have what I believe to be a cyst and also vp. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get rid of a cyst on labia minora?? Does this look like VP? Also, I have an itch still but getting treated with 3x fluconazole & nystatin. My doctor also believes I possibly have Lichen Sclerosis so gave me clobesatol. I've been dealing with this for months, so I'm just hoping something works at this point.

It may be a cyst or a blocked and infected gland. If it becomes very large and painful do see your doctor. Otherwise it should just come to a head and discharge naturally. Yes,that does look like VP.
