i posted on here a few weeks back. seems i had balanitis. treated with antifungal cream for five days and it got better. thought it was coming back so i treated again for another five days. is it typical for the cream to dry out your glans? see pics. the wrinkles go away when im erect or stretch the skin. my std check came back negative. no discharge . doesnt hurt to pee or to the touch. if i rub my glans sometime a white film fluffs off like dead skin. sometimes it stings a lil but not painful. more like irritation. been using combo of coconut oil and hydrocort cream to help the skin heal and moisturize. thoughts? did the antifungal cream hurt the skin and now it needs to heal?
