Hi anna,
I think you could be right- they resemble folliculitis (shaving rash).
Just check that they aren’t molluscum by comparing your lesions with this photo taken from Dermnet NZ.

I think it’s just from shaving, I’ve had them before too
Sorry think I meant to say in my description this is highly likely its from a shaving rash as I’ve avoided shaving for over a month now!
I am still rather concerned as they seem to take a long time to heal, could this look like any type of sti/std?
OK, understood. In that case, you might want to look at your spots carefully and compare them with the molluscum photo I posted earlier. Your spots certainly do NOT resemble herpes or warts; and if you are quite certain it’s not folliculitis but an STD then molluscum is the only plausible alternative.

Okay thank you, ive done some research and comparison and im not sure if they all resemble molluscum either as I cannot see the defined dimple characteristic. The lumps seem to start off small and sort of clear/flesh coloured and get bigger - they dont seem to be dissapearing either if anything just multiplying in magnitude.
I dont know if this is unrelated or not, but deom the pictures you can also see a red discolouration around the outside of my vagina.
I’ve also been experiencing a lot more watery milky like discharge in general for a while and wanted to know if this could he related in any way or not either.
thanks x
The skin lumps and bumps would be unrelated to the alteration of the vaginal discharge.
Time to see your doctor or gynaecologist for a thorough sexual health check-up.
