Hi, this evening ive been feeling really sick. Feel like i need to vomit, I keep burping and just feel sick, I also have a headache. I also had a spell of this at 4am this morning, but it passed during the day today before returning. I do suffer from health anxiety but this isnt my usual anxiety symptoms. I have heard that nausea can be a sign of a heart attack in females and that triggers my anxiety. I just want to know why i feel like i need to be sick and keep burping! I havent eaten any dinner this evening but did have lunch. Please can someone give me advice? Could I be really sick? Thanks, 20 year old female
you will be fine its the anxiety that makes you feel that way, i get chest pain and hot sweats. you are too young for it to be a heart attack but you should go to the doctor and request a ECG put your mind at rest. i suffer from health anxiaty and its horrible but i remind myself that its in my head and im fine. its amazing how anxiety and panic attacks can do all sorts of things to your body. hope you feel better soon
Take some Rennies or Gaviscon. That will sort you out.
Have you ever tried cbd oil? try calm youself down, when im anxious i just try relax anyway I can. Anxiety causes all sorts of symptoms. Try put on some music if you can ![]()
go to urgent care and get a ekg. you are never too young for a heart attack.
Pregnancy wasn’t as bad as menopause has been. I vomit occasionally, and never had morning sickness. Going on 2 years no period. I’ve had almost all of the symptoms that a middle aged woman goes through. Always struggled with anxiety/depression most of my life. When I was your age, I was told I needed a hysterectomy due to endometriosis. I sought a 2nd opinion, and had laparoscopic surgery to remove the endometriosis in order to get pregnant. And I did have a baby after a misscarriage. I’m sure that anxiety causes all of the things you’re going through. I worked in the medical field in my 20s and wad perscribed Xanax. Life saver at the time. Now I’m dealing with life without medication. Exercise is good. Not that I do it now. But in college I was an aerobics instructor. Not sure what all you’re dealing with, but I swear by drinking lots of water and trying to stay active. Keep your mind occupied. Easier said than done. Do you have a good doctor?
