Does anyone else experience spikes with sertraline. Can be feeling fine for awhile only to feel like your back to square one on another day. I don't understand why this happens. Can anyone explain this to me.

i feel like this too, the odd day i feel good and the rest i'm back to normal again if not worse. think it just takes time for things to level out however i have seen people on here who have been taking them for years that still have bad days. i've only been taking them a few weeks though, what about you?x

Yes, I still get bad days too, and I've been on them for ages (6 years). I think its the nature of depression/life.
