I'm in bad place I'm very depressed I stopped taking my 40mg fluoxetine about a year ago i only took it m-w-f Dr thinks I still take it my weight is 149 I want to start taking it again does any have advice on if I could just start taking it again

I have bipolar 1 with psychotic features depression anxiety ADHD post-traumatic stress disorder and cluster B traits but it's already too late I crashed and burned and have to go back to the doctor now
