Advices about red tea

Hi my name is Khaled . 22 years old male 

2 years ago i was allways stressed and tired because of obisty , in january of 2017 i went to china for 15 days in this period i was visited a local doctor in Pékin , he tell me that i should go everyday to the gym and use the red tea , and after 1 month of my visit to china i had lose about 11KG thought i had becom active . 

My problem now is that I found the same tea the doctor gave me and bought it online but I do not know whether I should stop using it ? 

PS: the red tea that i bought online is 100% natural , I am asking now whether I should stop using this natural stimulating ?

Hey there just be careful with your consumption and you should be all okay, Once or twice a week with red tea should be Max. Because it's good for your body but it also isn't. It's like having too much natural fruit juice it's good sugar but that doesn't mean you can have as much as you want . Good luck and awesome weight loss! I'm losing weight too .

Depends on what's in the tea. It's probably either Rooibos or Black Tea. The first one is not a stimulant, the second contains theine (similar to cafeine).
