Hi, I have been taking venlafaxine 150mg on a maintence dose for 3 years and am now in the middle of a relapse any help please

ye i have these blibs now and then on venlafaxine. i just hang in there may be take extra 37.5 for a few days and they usually pass, i would not up them for longer though. just telling someone or even the doctor that i'm struggling help really well. i always know that i will get over it and come out the other side, you will learn this over time and this is a great help. hang in there you'll get through it
I would speak to your doctor/physc it's possible that your brain has gotten used to this dose therefore requires more or you might need a med change x
I am on 112.5 starting to show good improvement but then week 6 was up and down. Went up to 150 for a week which pushed my anxiety off the graph again, went back to 112 today how long did it take you to stabilize on 150. Can you go up another 37.5 to see if that will help. I would call my doctor
