Recently (past few days or so) I've been getting warm flushes in my stomach area, it kinda feels like warm water that travels from the top of my stomach to the bottom. I've also felt some cold spots in my torso area, and I am a bit dizzy (though I don't know if this is caused by my anxiety). I have no pain and my stool looks normal, but I'm still really scared it might be GI bleeding. Anyone have any thoughts on if I might have something serious?
I am not a doctor but anxiety can cause you a million symptoms.
If you want go do a stomach scan just to be sure, but it will probably be nothing
Have you seen the gp? I would at least go and ask the doctor. They do a somodram and see in there easy enough. Not like a mri where you have to wait.
It sounds like spasms. Contractions. If you drink anything with cafiene stop. They increase them.
