After my ankle surgery on week 3 suddenly felt a Pop in my ankle and was sharp pain and tingling. I'm not sure what would cause this. And I cannot look at it because of it being in a cast in the surgery I had three screws placed in the inside part of my ankle where the joint is close

I wish I had answers for you but I have experienced the same things. While walking mostly. I am out of surgery 10 weeks today and feel every time I walk for 30 mins I start popping and hurting badly.
I'd say get a check on it. After 3 weeks you are very much (I believe) in the important stages of healing.
Won't hurt you to have it checked out or even just a call to your doc.

That happened to me too, minus the pain. I felt/heard a pop like someone cracking their knuckles. It happened the day I had my first postop appointment, so I asked the dr about it. I had xrays ad he said everything looks fine, could be just scar tissue. When do you go to the dr next?
