I want to know when to actively start trying..
How long did it take you to get pregnant.
Doctor wants to place me on Hmg and hcg injection. Because of my age.
Has any one gone thru this before.kindly response pls
Hi my consultant had said to me to wait 6 months but it may depend on how aggressive your surgery was.

Hi there- I had an open myomectomy on the 1st of March. My consultant said not to even think about trying for at least three months. My GP agreed and even recommends waiting for five months as a precaution, to allow sufficient time for internal healing. We therefore will not be trying for a while yet.
It would be best to confirm with your consultant though, as surgeries may vary. Wishing you the very best of luck ✨
