Ive started taking Agnus Castus. Has anyone been taking this for lets say a few months and experienced an improvement of any kind. Im not expecting it to shrink my fibroids but Im hoping it will help in balancing out my periods.
Hi there. I have been taking it for the past 6 weeks. I would say I notice a slight improvement but not sure. I have also just started taking the mini pill - I feel I have more energy. I found that fasting 2 days a week really helps with the bloating I suffer with from the fibroid.
Not sure that was any help but I think it's good to know what others are trying.

Ive been taking it for only a week now but I read it can take 2 to 3 months to see any real improvement.
Hi I took Agnus Castus for a month. Then i stopped for a month. It made no difference to heavy bleeding (due to fibroid). dramatic change of diet and small changes to lifestyle made more of overall difference for me. GP prescribed Transexamic acid tablets for worst days of heavy bleeding.
But everyone is different! Hope they do help you...
