Can you drink alcohol on Mirtazepine , I know you shouldn't really but I am going to a wedding I currently take 15 mg for anxiety , has anyone had any experiences?
Usually I find when I drink alcohol and take my antidepressant it has basically no effect, possibly due to alcohol being a depressant anyway..
Its not that you shouldn't, I'm unsure if it has the same effects on the seretonin receptors.
I normally drink with Mirtazapine ... maybe a slightly longer hangover ...

Yeah you can. I used to drink a lot whilst on mirtazapine. Might make you a LITTLE more drunk than usual, but no problem!
