Does undisplaced talus body fracture cause arthritis or avascular necrosis? It is healing conservatively in a cast for 12 weeks without surgery. Fracture is aligned. Xray does not show signs of fracture but CT shows the body fracture. Bone was injuried from 1.5 metres high. Does it heal totally. No pain in a cast. Ankle motion is good without pain. But mild pain when bear a full weight. Now 9th week in cast. Patient is 24 years old male. Will it cause arthritis or avn? please give suggestions
