HI I have just got back from the hospital and enjoying a nice cup of coffee. They did blood tests eventually, a nurse had one stab with no luck and a Doctor had 2 stabs with no luck so a walk half way round the hospital (I swear its got bigger lol) to the Path Lab 1 jab and hey presto they got blood. Then back to the AEU to wait for results and for 3pm to have a scan, this was done and to my relief they have put it down to jsut the op and things being moved about a bit, and using muscles I haven't used for a while etc... apparently I am doing all the right things elevating leg, using ice packs and walking as far as I can two or three times a day. Oh and doing the excersies I was given. Feel a lot happier knowing that there is nothing wrong. ssThink yesterday was just my first bad day since the op, I'm sure I'll get some more but maybe not as bothersome as spending a day at the hospital. Good news for you as for me, the last couple of days my left hip has been playing up night time has been a pain in the royal back side to the extent that Sunday night I woke at 3.30am and could not get off to sleep again, I have got a mild sleeping tablet and still wake up with that enough of my moans I am really pleased for you gill

It was so hot in the hospital I was glad to get out lol. Hope the good weather lasts a bit longer I have to go to physio tomorrow. Yes you guessed it back to the hospital llol xx
Good news, Gill, glad all is well. We're in for a couple of gorgeous days, so enjoy it - once your physios over! A physiotherapist dropped down to see me last week. Surprise! Back to see her next week. Still finding sleeping hard. X

Good news Gill - not a good day for me today - felt shattered all day but tomorrow is another day. My Dad is coming early in morning to knock down part of the front wall in preperation of the new car being delivered on Friday (it's a 9 seater so need more space to swing onto drive). Glad you are sorted.
