Hi there, does anyone ever feel alone in their anxiety, depression i often stand at my window and watch everyone going about being normal not like me struggling day in day out wishing i could be like them.
Your not alone out there I also feel the same way some days how long have you been on sertraline. so keep in there are you eating right as well
Hi i have been on 50mg for 3 months now and eating well. I just feel i should be better by now, i just feel so alone in this illness, i am sure if i had a physical ailment i and others would be more understanding.
HI your not alone with your illness. I felt like that in January before I was put on Sertraline. I remember looking out the window on a bright sunny January day watching every one else taking so for granted what I would of loved to do, just going about there business. With the Sertraline you will in tme be able to go out again just be patient, and it will take time. I think it was about 7/8 weeks after taking Sertaline that I ventured out just to the post box around the corner,I was amazed how good it felt to be out for the first time in months. After that I gradually started to get out a bit more untill I returned to work,went on holiday for two weeks in Greece. So you see you will be able to go out again it just takes time. I have now been on Sertraline fro 6 and a half months and I take 50mg per day.
