Alone

When I’m alone I don’t know what to do except start to hurt myself. Example I will drink myself into a coma after taking Xanax idk what’s wrong with me. I feel so alone and idk what to do sometimes

Please don't hurt yourself. Get help from a physician and try AA too. God bless you. Good luck. I wish I had a magic wand to make your pain disappear.
