No, it’s not normal to have a lot. But, it also depends on what you consider a lot.
It leaks into my underwear most of the time
Some amount of discharge on the underwear is normal, but not “a lot”.

it all depends on what you usually consider normal, where you are in your cycle and the texture/smell/colour of the discharge. most times discharge is not cause for serious concern, however if you are worried give your GP a ring
