Hi all,

yes it’s good to ease peoples minds about this. Muscle twitching is extremely common with anxiety and stress. I have had it on and off for over 30 years! All related to anxiety . and I am extremely healthy. Now if I ever happen to get a muscle twitch, I ignore it. It’s called benign fasciculation which is muscle twitching that is not serious.
Thank you for the information. Muscle twitching is extremely common with anxiety. I have had it for over 20 years. And I always thought its related to my anxiety . I happen to get a muscle twitches every now and again especially in my eyes and eye lids. My pecks and upper arms often twitch as well. Its a pain but manageable and goes away after a few hours. My case is not that severe, but its still annoying. I just kind of look the other way and try to ignore it. But thank you again for the information, it is very helpful.
