Don't worry Peter - your case not so serious. Remember try to lose weight, exercise even by taking brisk walk daily is good for you.

try my simple regime in the morning before breakfast just after you brush your teeth - squeeze half a lemon, mix with two teaspoons of honey, two teaspoons of olive leaf extract ( if you don't know where to get it - try to Google for it on Internet to see if you buy online - brand I am using is known as

Pretoria- it is from Australia. Mix the lemon juice, honey, olive leaf extract with about half inch of Luke warm water and slightly hot water.  Do this regime daily and you will lose weight gradually. Repeat the two teaspoons of olive leaf extract with warm water in the evening an hour before you sleep. Follow this regime for at least two or three weeks. Update me of your progress.

The brand is Pretorius not Pretoria

Normal ALT level should be under 40. So 66 is not actually that high. wouldn't worry too much. But with fatty liver, you should montior your ALT level regularly to make sure that it is not getting worse.
