Always have a cold

So since i started peri i have had a cold every 2 weeks just get over one then it starts again feel bad when on period . Sorry for moaning just having one of those days

Hey Paula, me too, had a hard couple of weeks over my period. It's really difficult, isn't it? A host of gnats! Big hugs to you.

Sorry you are not feeling good, thats what has happened to me in the winter, since i have been in menopause on Thanksgiving I had a really bad cold coughing chills just feeling icky all over, then a month later had another cold a sore throat, 

Then a month later a nother one with my left nostril bleeding at times. 

I thought I had sinisitis because my left nose would bleed a lot. and I was always congested. This weekend my right ear last night was hurting like crazy in pain all evening with my right ear a little bit of pain in the ear today, and my throat was scrachy all day yesterday. So i feel kind of under the weather today and the rainy chilly weather does not help when I am not feeling good it makes me more under the weather
