Hey all I've posted a few times and your replies have really helped.Im again in such a bad place.Now it's heartburn Indegestion dizzy chest and lower back pain can't seem to catch a breath..Does anybody else suffer this with Anxiety I'm scared I'm going to die or have lung cancer.I had two panic attacks today and felt like I couldn't swallow and came over all shaky and dizzy not good while driving with 5 kids!!!!Its scary now just don't want to leave the house even here im jittery and keep getting breathless can it all be anxiety am under a lot of stress and that doesn't help.Any advice or encouragement would be appreciated.
All just physical symptoms of anxiety. I know it sucks 2 hear that but that's it.
All those symptoms are not fun to deal with for sure!!

Ok Jody as an anxiety sufferer, im not going to tell you "its just stress" or " you're just anxious or overreacting" because when someone tells you that, yes it can be annoying.
But believe it or not, anxiety can only do so much, and it could cause debilitating symptoms. From skipped beats, chest pain , and nausea you name t! Anxiety ALONE could cause symptoms that mimic heart disease. It is important to realize that people who have heart attacks and post their stories on the internet are a TOTALLY different person than you are, different biology, different genetics, different history, everything. You should go for some therapy. I go for therapy and it helps!!! So why not try it? And think positive!! And try not to think too much.

You can scratch lung cancer off the list. It sounds like a panic disorder. It immediately ripples the belly and makes you feel sick, it wont kill you physically but needs to be managed. Therapy is really important in all this so you can vent and hold it together. You need someone there just for you.
Keep ice chips with you in the car so if this starts up immedietly place some ice under ur tongue. The cold will confuse or sidetrack you from the anxiety because the body is a machine and it will go to regulate your body temperature a quick trick fix to buy a bit of time. Cold side tracks it.

Thank you. I just have mild anxiety so I'm told by my doctor. I walk about 2 hours a day, not all at once but I try 2 do 10 000 steps a day. The physical symptoms is what I struggle with but don't get them all the time.

The 'not being able to swallow' exists, and has a name! It's called Globus, and, thank God, 🙏🏼 Once I had been told by a Dr what it was, it really helped. It's just another awful health Anx symptom; totally harmless but very scary! (My worst symptom, followed by 'shakey' inside/Jelly legs) The Globus has pretty much gone now. (Unless I think about it too much! So let's move on!😜
