Am i affected by bedbugs?

Hi, I am Achin. I am 23 years old average guy. 

So my problem is I have been facing a lot of itching and allergy sort of red spots on my body. I consulted a doctor so he further suggested that it is not any sort of disease after examining me well. 

So, I have been reading blogs and forums when I came across this article https://avoidbedbugs.com/health-problems-caused-by-bedbugs/ and i realised that I am affected by them. 

So my question is should I try the solutions given on the same site? Or should I search more for the same?

If it is bed bugs, you'd need to treat the bed and bedding. A long time ago I lived in student accommodation and the bed was infested. I don't know what is currently available to treat the mattress but it's a hot wash for bedding. Bed bugs do cause itching and bite marks, not great for a good sleep.

Well, I followed what is written on that site and yes I guess it will work. The infestation is quite low today.
