somedays i feel very good nothing feel in chest breath digestion pain everytime is ok but sometimes mostly days i feel pain in heart area chest discomfort feel like chest is getting tight and digestion problem after eating feeling problem digestion and food returns to my throat and whenever i feel pain in any point in my body especially in chest or heart i got scared and horror and my mind starts thinking of those people who died of heart attack brain hemorrhage cardiac arrest or some else these some like symtomps comes into my mind and i started feel these symtopms on me like all of that happeining to me second when ever i go outside with my friends i started feel shortness of breath pain in chest and especially when i started talking with anyone else outside i feel pain in thorat and chest but when i were in my home i feel nothing all these except the above problem i told u thats why i feel horror and scary to go outside i feel dizzy pain in chest whenevr i outside in sever form but tries to control and i dont know why this happened ehen i with my friends i still thinking that why this happening to me which anxity i had i dun know well whenever in home i feel some pains in chest and others which makes scary most and my mind started to act like i am dying for few seconds and especially when i go to sleep i feel digestion problem and the most one is whenever i close my eyes to sleep i feel like my heart is gone slow down or gona stop i suddenly wake up and try to make me feel relax but sometimes my heart races this is most most most scary and horrible moment for me i cant even tell u all this happened after the panic attack 7 months and isffers from different symtomps now vant even talk much other wise pain starting in head and chest and shortness of breath i have examined to many doctors including one ecg and ecg is ok when i had an ecg my heartbeat is very fast because at that i am having panic attack and one more thing after eating i feel also shortness of breath and chest tighning especially in night cant even sleep i dun know why all this happening to me

Hope you will be fine and doing well sorry ist of all i send you a msg late bcoz i didnot check my acount from last few days------i have all the symptoms which you mention before------my left side chest is heavy most of the time though no pain but heavy ----i have panic attacks specially when ever i think of travelling in Air Plane or when i hear that some one die from heart attack thats it i feel my heart stops beating------also i feel some palpitation of heart---i have 16 ecgs till now one is not normal one show my heart beat slow then my cardiologist do for me 24 hours ecg holter ecg when i have the ecg machine for 24 hours in night time i awake i feel my heart is stop beating i want to throw the device to much scared but result was normal and i have echo 2 times recently one done result is normal----complete blood tests of all body urine test done no thing is bad except my high cholestrol and alt but no problem my cholestrol is not to much up my co workers have more cholestrol then me but they are healthy they didnot feel what i feel-----last saturday i go to my gp and bring all of the papers before the doc i visited in Pakistan---most of the doc prescribed me proponlol 10 mg medicine and now my doc in japan prescribed me propnolol 10 mg 3 times a day and also lexapro 10 mg tablet once a day and my acid reflux tablet i am using it from 4 days now it dinot help to much till now but my doc mention that may be i need pscytrist bcoz my test are clear mean i have anxiety
