Yup, that's the thing, it can be sudden like that. Sometimes I can figure out the reasons and other times I can't. I don't like working around people. Sometimes I would be just so focused on my job I did not realize that 15 other people are around me. I would get an attack, look around and say to myself "oh yeah my subconscious must have realized I was surrounded" even though I never thought or noticed it. Other times it is for no reason at all that I could determine other than the fact I have been pushing myself all my life and not doing what I really want to do. I think it adds up over time. They also can get a lot worse over time if you just keep brushing off the warning signs. I used to be able to work and drive through attacks, now they set me back for days.
Hi Michael you need to sit for a moment and breathe hun I have all the same symptoms as those run cold water on your wrists play music you like something for distraction are you on medication ? And i have anxiety all day every day from when I wake up to when I go to bed it sucks
I have the same feelings but I do believe it is anxiety. I have yet to solve this but I have added in many de stressing things like exercise, meditation, vitamins, aromatherapy this all seems to help.
The heart flutters make so nervous..... it all started for me with indigestion and chest tightness. I felt like I was having a heart attack

Try Breathing techniques, an explanation on site.
You can also try Mindfulness, an explanation can be found on the internet
Try a diversion like an interest you have like reading or anything you enjoy doing, that may help you

You are not alone hun!!!!!!
This happened to me a few days ago
Got so bad I was sent to the emergency room
Just know that you are not alone
I think it can be the subconscious mind thinking of something that can trigger it. It's almost like you/re not thinking of it consciously but your mind is working in the background and it comes across something that causes anxiety.
