to be honest the only way to find out is to be naughty and then see if you get the orange. but if you feel ok in yourself and you are losing weight I wouldn't over stress about the lack of side effects

no side effects is perfect - shows you are doing it right, its only if you abuse the way in which orlistat is meant to be used that you will see these side effects like oil. you may experience some wind or constipation but thats normal
