Charliee you most definitely have a cancer phobia.l don't know why you are getting any treatment for your anxiety.l am telling you now your muscles are knotted through tension. The only way to ease it is to relax your muscles. You have no other symptoms of cancer so please get the help you need as you are torturing yourself. The sooner the better and please stop googling.

Collar bone sticking out is normal means you're thin. Don't worry. You  may have Health Anxiety. Don't diagnose yourself let your therapist and GP do that. Talk to your therapist you can't be worried about this if your results came back fine. I read your other posts. Take Care💖

stress and anxiety can cause rock hard neck muscles. Your collarbone is probably sticking out because the hard neck muscles are pushing on it. You are not dying of anything but you are allowing fear and negativity to take you over.

if your doctor was concerned he or she would've ordered test.

I had the same thing with my neck muscles. All due to anxiety, stress, poor posture. They were so hard I had to go to physical therapy. Millions of people have this happen to them from stress. Many people including myself get relief from massage,  applying a warm compresses to the area and also exercises for the neck that you can ask your doctor for. Before you panic about this, do some things I  mentioned that could improve the tightened muscles.

Tightened neck muscles are not a sign of cancer. Either is a collarbone  that is sticking out more. What it shows is that you have a lot of anxiety, may not be sitting correctly or may have posture that leads to this,

when we have anxiety, we tend to tighten our shoulder and neck muscles  and may not even be aware of it.

do you have severe health anxiety, I highly suggest speaking with a counselor who can help you manage this. You will be fine
