am i likely to go deaf from tmj?

I feel like I may have been losing my hearing slowly over the past week. very slowly. Im sure its tmj. I have a sore jaw when waking up, the joint is always tender... no clicking though.

my ears feel clogged and im so terrified of going deaf. i think it may be getting worse. has anyone ever gone deaf from tmj?
