hi, i wanted to know if i am at all at risk for breast crancer? i am 29 years old, both sides of my family doesn’t have any history. they do however have breast cysts. my mom has had, all her sisters and my dads side a couple of my cousins had cysts too. i want to know if i am at risk or should be worried to get breast cancer at this age. thank you
Honestly at 29, I dont think you should be worrying about Breast cancer. Since the family history doesnt suggest any breast or ovarian malignancy, you’re in the clear. However breast cancer mostly affects the middle age , so precautions can be taken just be on the safer side. But even then, breast cancer can affect anyone at any time. So please do self breast examinations and consult a doctor if at doubt
