I have this spot near my butt crack since 3 weeks now sometimes it get itchy and a little bit moist sometimes it like this. i kept washing once in 2 days bit this is the result after i washed with showering gel. i am concerned with the red spot. i have the impression that it os spreading a little I am not sure please help.
