Amitriptyline and dizziness

Hey everyone I started taking Amitriptyline 10mg in November 2017. I have experienced dizziness when I stand up from a seated position and my heart races. This is getting worse. My doctor thinks that 10mg is to low to experience this. Is he right or have others experienced this???

I agree with your GP 10mg is a very low dose

NO, he is not right. Yesterday evening i took my first pill and today I feel terrible, dizzy, spaced out, confused, numb body, i feel like i live in a paralel universe to the real one.
