I am taking 100mg on a night for sleeping and as a mood lifter after having 2 strokes, does anyone know what time is best to take them, its battering my head in

Take it no later than 8pm if you take it at night

I take this medication about one hour before bed, this helps with any side effects you may suffer next day.

Hi

I take mine between 7.30pm-8.00pm. It all depends what time you go to bed. They say take it 3 hours before bedtime.
