i am family physician from Armenia. try to reduce the dosage of amitriptyline to 10 mg per day taken once. or u can try other effective drugs Valocardine, esgard, corvalol drops.
why should we reduce the dosage? My Nuero had me on 50mg per day and i started tapering down to about 20mg per day
