Hi ,how does Amlodipine cause Edema in legs . and why, i've been taking Amlodipine for years but ankles ,legs keep swelling . pins needles in feet. . just been reading on computer Could it be that Amlodipine effects Albumin . Could increasing Albumin help (say egg whites) help. or just eat more protein . or going Keto . thanks
I am on 5mg amlodopine as well as 2.5mg losartan - noticed past few months my left ankle and foot slightly swollen and foot hurts on a morning - do you get the same
Egg whites are only one form of protein, meats, milk, cheese, etc are all good and healthy forms of protein that have added carbs in them.
