i have had a perianal ( around the anus ) rash for quite sometime now . it's annoyingly recurrent which went away last time after a 14 day long Itraconazole course but its back now and this time with a bloody red coloured blast 😠. I mean it could be herpetic for I am sexually active but it manifested a month after the suspected intercourse so maybe not ? HELP ME !
looks like herpes type 2 or a really bad yeast infection. Go see a doctor asap!!!

It could be, or it could be irritation from something. If the infection comes red, it means that the infection is more serious and harder to cure, so go and see your doctor.
