How long after a spinal block for major surgery does sexual sensitivity return?

I had spinal anesthesia and I did not have any of my symptoms like my first hip surgery where I lost all lower body sensitivity for about first 10 days. This surgery I had no numbness at all. My sexual drive is very high even though I will not indulge for the first six weeks. This is just protocol in not risking dislocation. I pray this helps. I am just experiecing not able to rest well in bed or recliner during night. I sleep very well during the day. Good luck!!
I didn’t think about any sensitivity but for first few days I had to really push to wee even though I knew was desperate to go. As regards actually having sex physio notes say to abstain for 6 weeks. ( and poss need to improvise when you do- missionary certainly out of the question ) I had both mine done at same time so was deffo bit more than 6 weeks. Good luck!
