Anal discomfort/discharge

I have been having some anal discomfort for a while now. Goes from burning to somewhat itchy to normal. Sometimes feels “moist” or wet. When I wipe there is a tinge of yellow on the paper almost like it feces but doesnt smell like feces. Dr has swabbed me for Gono and Clam and was negative. Anyone have any advice or suggestions? I am worried its an STD. Some days I feel fine but others, like today it is very uncomfortable and a lingering mild pain and discomfort. Sorry for the pictures but can see the yellowish stuff? Its not poop… i know how to wipe and am a clean person who bathes twice a day. I feel like he is missing something and I am concerned.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Can’t see anything strange on the photos, and can’t see the “yellowish stuff” you’re referring to.

think everything is alright. Had some testing done and of course they dont see anything. Still have days of feeling uncomfortable :frowning:
