I have some really bad hemorrhoids that I have been going to the doctor for. Last night, I noticed I was extra sore and have lots of white bumps. I'm really scared it could be another kind of infection. I am a 25 yo male, I don't engage in anal sex. I'm really worried it could be herpetic. It could also just be skin irritation from chafing and exercise. please help calm me down!!
