Anal fissure?

Hello!

For about 6 years probably about twice or once a year I have blood on the toilet and paper, that is bright red. When it happens its usually because of digestion problems that make me go to the toilet many times a day. After a few times of hard bowel movement it happens. Bright red blood. its not mixed with stool, just on the stool and on the toilet and it looks fresh. on front midline of anus I usually have this burning pain and if I feel the area it feels like there is a wound in oval shape, kinda like a tear drop. the thing is it only happens rarely as I said and has been going on for at least 5 years now. I am a hypohondriac and my first thought is anal cancer. I am 31 years old and otherwise in good shape and health. No other symptoms except for burning sensation and blood. Is this annal fissure? Could it be that it reopens when I have a really violent bowel movement? Once it stops hurting everything is ok even for a year or more, but its strange to me that it reappears? Any opinion or advice on this? Its probably not cancer?

yes ,it s anal fissure , every anal disease isn’t anal cancer , cancer occurs or gets revealed once you’re 45 or above,so chill ,but fissure is more terrifying than it , so get it checked with your gp ,before it becomes chronic

the most important thing is to keep your Bm soft. you must keep a routine of fiber, plenty of water and exercise. There are many sites you can check regarding what foods to eat and what to avoid. take care of this now that you are young; in the meantime, if still bleeding, take sitz baths after a BM . I a little coconut oil to lubricate.
