hello.i had done rafaelo procedure in 2018 for piles.but after that i got skin tag and fissurre.its horible pain.when i bowl my ass got swollen as seen in the pic?what should i do?plz check the pic and tell me a good ans plz

im having a really sharp pain post bm which lasts for hours, this is since getting rafaelo 9 days ago. Did you experience this?
I do not see picture attached. Has the symptoms been going on since your surgery or did they appear some time after?
