I had anal sex for the first time about two weeks ago with a partner I've been seeing for nearly 5 years, a few days ago I felt constipated and then I got hemmorhoids and went to the doctor where she swabbed these sores which have been multiplying for herpes!!! I'm confused as to how I would suddenly have anal herpes if I've been having vaginal and oral sex with him for so long? Never had symptoms before this, and dont have sores anywhere but my anus. It hurts very badly all day especially when I go to the bathroom... advice please? I get the results soon but would like opinions now as to whether it could be something else....
Genital herpes can pop up anywhere within the boxer short region so its not uncommon to have them their. You could have had a break in the skin which led to them there as herpes is skin to skin contact it doesnt have to be from sex.
youll need some antivirals.
maybe try soften you pooh a little so its not as hard to get out and after try wash the area instead of wiping.
maybe some local anasethics topical cream could work.

Yes this looks herpes, very similar to what I had in June. I went and got swabbed, turned out it was HSV1 which isn’t as bad as HSV2 thankfully. I’ve always had protected anal sex, but doctor believes it could have been someone who rimmed me who had oral HSV1. They prescribed me a topical anastethic which helped with the pain. I take an amino acid called Lysine which helps keep the virus at bay. Always good to have some antivirals stacked away for whenever you do experience any outbreaks.
