My anal pain seems not to go away .. The pain during defecation is just minime but it increases the intensity for many hours after passing stool. Scared of anal cancer 
You most likely don't have anal cancer. Go see a butt doctor & have it checked out though seriously. Most likely you suffer from what we all suffer from. Proctalgia Fugax. Is the pain kind of like a Charlie horse in ur butthole? Or a different kind of pain?
If you see blood then check it out for sure, could be a tare , hemorrhoid.
Well,the tearing and burning pain. The bleeding stops few days ago but now the bleeding is back. I'm really worried.
